Anti-Hero Expi

After watching Doom patrol I decided I wanted to make a fun character with interesting abilities fitting of the comic. Decided on the idea of precise teleportation, where you can reach things thousands of miles away and with concentration disappear completely and teleport.
Sketching this was fun:)
